Entered data into MAMEUI64 180's Directories doesn't stay when exit & relaunch

Hello,
Have a bit of a weird problem with MAMEUI 64bit 0.180.

In Options\Directories (where you enter the address of ROMs, Samples, ini, Snaps, etc...) when I exit MAMEUI and re-launch it, the data disappears .


Any ideas on why this could be happening?

Btw, all security (in my windows 7 64bit) is adjusted correctly..)

Is the .ini set to read only? It happens.
