Edit: original question addressed below.
Just adding now that this doesn't seem to have been built from the release branch (not that I'm complaining  ) since it has Hangzo and a couple of other ones included.

I just downloaded the whole updated git and I do not have an ini_files folder.

ok, thanks! Looks like I got them from somewhere else.
el_mamu_exclude.ini
mame_control_type.ini
mame_filters.ini
videopreview[default].ini
forgot what front end or whatever these were for and where to put them. Drop into my ini folder?

Just a quick question. Does this (and mess/messui) (all by Robbert) have some extra games/systems? Clrmame finds a few missing roms/sets, but with official MAME I get 100% perfect set.

It is games added to the source between the 0.181 version and this MameUI; you'll find them in the MAME 0.182.

Ooohh, and BTW, where's that heatwave? I'm suffering pretty high temps here. I live in south america.

this is *NOT* MAME 0.181 based, it is an intermediate build from 2nd Jan master.

it should probably be made very clear, this is not a MAME 0.181 build
this is a build made from the 2nd Jan master sources, so has changes from ~1 week after the release, some of which were specifically NOT included in 0.181 for stability reasons etc.
advertising it as 0.181 is misleading and incorrect.
I wouldn't have noticed, but I've had a number of people moaning at me that the romset expected by MAMEUI 0.181 is not the romset expected by MAME 0.181.
