Trying to hide computers, consoles, etc. Possible?

All,

I've returned to M.A.M.E after a brief break, to find that MESS has been combined, LUA/Plugins are now there, etc, etc..

One thing I can't seem to do (if at all possible) is hide various systems. Going back to the earlier versions of M.A.M.E, all I saw were items related to M.A.M.E, I would like to go back to that way. I used to be able to click on the left and only see 'Originals' etc, but now, systems are included in that list.

Is it possible? I've tried Google (and various search engines and search posts in forums) but I'm unable to find a solution. I'm guessing my search words I'm using don't mean much..

The machines (ex-MESS) are now all included, you can not eliminate them.
However, you can use the .ini file to filter list; test "arcade.ini" to be found within the "pS_version.zip" package which you can download here: http://www.progettosnaps.net/renameset/
The file must be put in "folders" folder of your MAME.
