GRID is currently being given away at the Humble Bundle store, free via Steam key.
This is not GRID Autosport, but the older one from 2008.

LOL.
I'm guessing you'd need to have a bit of software to make the system think the spinner was one of the supported wheels, much like the joystick to mouse or keyboard, or mouse to other mouse, things that exist. I can't help you find or write such a thing though.
