Doesn't mention it, though. Looks like a good deal, regardless.

If it doesn't mention it, research it.
My DVR has USB ports. They don't do anything.

... are you sure that's SCART, and not RGB? Both use the same kind of connector, but have different pinouts. RGB makes a lot more sense than SCART, since that standard never really took off in the US for some reason.
Edit: Well whatever it is, it's not listed in the manual, it only mentions RF, HDMI, PC RGB, Composite and Component.

Are you stoned or something? SCART supports standard 0.7V analog RGB mode. It's still SCART whether you run RGB or composite over it, and that's definitely a SCART connector.

Is that a BNC connector on the lower right side?

No, it's a Belling-Lee 75Ω antenna connector, common in Europe and Australia. SCART is most common in Europe, so I'm guessing this device is designed for the European market.

SCART is a connector, not a type of signal. SCART bundles analog RGB, S-Video, Composite and stereo audio onto one connector, but not necessarily all of the above at once, many devices does not support RGB via SCART.
If the manual says "PC RGB" it's probably not referring to RGB via SCART since that would be out of spec, VGA is 31Khz and CGA is digital.

Stoned, heh I wish. But I was slightly confused; the pinouts are different between Europe and Japan.

The manual says PC RGB as in the oldschool monitor connector. A lot of current monitors and TVs still support it.
Anyway my comment was about Europe and JP SCART connections, as mentioned here, apologies. I got confused.

That would explain the SCART connector being there, then.

I'm in the US. And not close to the east coast, even. The TV was in the lower part of the page, a suggestion cos it's on rollback. Maybe it's on rollback because it has scart.....

yeah, this is also true.
somebody I know picked something similar; a Smart TV which happened to have some legacy input connectors too.
the problem was, if you used them you would find that over the a period of about 10 minutes the audio would slowly start to lag behind the image, until it was about 2 seconds behind the image at which point it would abruptly resync again causing a 2 second jump in the audio. clearly the TV was doing some kind of processing on the audio, with a buffer, using really shitty code.
needless to say it made watching things using those inputs impossible.
those connectors were never advertised on the box however, so the store just said it wasn't a fault because it was never meant to work.

It's it really inconceivable to you that something could be sold outside its primary target market? Have you not noticed that they sell the Ford Focus (designed for Europe) in the US? Or that the Honda Gold Wing (designed for US) is sold worldwide? You seem incredibly thick.

That's what she said. When I stuck 'er in the kiester, even though I am not. Cos I am godly.
I expected something at least mildly caustic from you, Mat. Few things can bring you out of the bog, and I'm one of them. HAHN.
I thought scart was phased out. And, everyone else for years has been saying, 'oh scart is a UK/Euro thing, it won't be on a US product', and I find one (aeons later no less) and suddenly the tune changes.

Well that makes sense. People being grumbly about it are kinda out to lunch.

SCART is technically phased out, but it's still in use by retro folks over in Yuroland. There are even SCART to HDMI adapters out.

That's curious. HDMI has in inherent processing, right?, but what hdmi-based cards are people using that support 15khz?
