Hi
I stated to show a very keen interest in MAME when I was completing my graduate studies in Applied Mathematics in 2009.
Its been 5 years since I was not able to keep track of MAME 32.
I would like to know the official website of mame32.
A couple of years back, mame32 was affiliated with the gamespy but right now I don't see any link to see the official website of mame32
As a matter of fact I just checked on the front page of GameSpy there is a message explaining that GameSpy is shutting down.
A couple of years back the official website for Mame32 was: http://mame32.classicgaming.gamespy.com/
Please let me know the official Mame32 Website where I can download the latest version(s) including the source code.
Thanks

Hi
Thanks for replying back.
So what really happened to Mame32?
I have all MAME32 Roms - Are they going to be compatible with MameUI?
Where can I download the latest ROMS?
Now what exactly is MESS?
Thanks

Ok Thanks
Now, do you know what really happened to the MAME32 Team and the files that were once hosted at Classic Gaming
http://mame32.classicgaming.gamespy.com/
Is this the same team or different developers?

They moved on from emulation. JohnIV has been doing releases forever since the original MAME32. A couple of the original MAME32 team posted not real long ago granting permission to license their code. Robbbert has stepped up to maintain the GUI code. JohnIV can probably tell you more.
EDIT: NVM, I see John answered in another post.
