I wonder if MAME would integrate ZiNc plugins and Pete's OpenGL2 renderer to render graphics like ZiNc does.
I remember there was a pSxMAME derivate build that does this. Sadly it's dead now...
That's one of the reasons why my frontend still supports ZiNc emulator.

Now is 2016 and we still wait for PSVita, Lindbergh, PGM2, Hyper NeoGeo 64, Namco System 10... to be emulated.
It's still golden age

Lol, Mame Devs implementing 3D accelerator support in Mame.
It will never happen.
For most of them it would be a betrayal right up there with Bob Dylan going electric.

It will probably happen, but not with these hacky, outdated,platform specific plugins....
