Ipac2 lights are not coming on the board

I dont really know much about this stuff. But i built an arcade with a rasberry pi with retro pi. I have the ipac to and arcade buttons hooked up. retro pi would only detect player one and not the other player. So I thought i would try to upgrade the firmware on the ipac2. after i did that the computer shows that the ipac2 is plugged into it. but when i plug it in the raspi nothing happens and no lights light up on the ipac. hopefully i didnt mess it up to bad that i cant fix it. If someone can help that would be great. thanks

Ok so I got the problem with the lights on the ipac2 figured out. I guess i installed the wrong firmware on it. Now my problem is how to be able to play two players with it on retropi. I can get one player to work fine but wont let me join in with player two.
