We're not going to stop them, ever. If you put 7 BILLION morons, I mean people, on earth, 1 in 20 million is going to be a mass murderer. 7 billion people, people can't even wrap their mind around the figure. We're flawed. We have diseases that sometimes affect the brain. It's never going to stop. People thinking some new president or FBI or anyone going to be stopping them all are morons. It's like living in a nationwide madhouse.
