Pork tenderloin *7654 method

I have to share this because it's the best pork tenderloin cooking method I've ever done. It's a slight update I made on the 7-6-5 method. First heat the whole grill to high. While it's heating up, use one of the pre-marinated pork tenderloins and stab the absolute shit out of both sides with a fork, all over it. This will get it more tender and jab some of the outside sauce/marinade into the meat. Use a timer on your phone and cook with lid closed (preferably not on direct heat area) for 7 minutes, flip and cook for 6 minutes lid closed, then flip, close grill and turn off grill and let it cook/sit on grill 5 more minutes with the grill off. Then take it off the grill and let it sit 4 minutes before eating. Seriously best tenderloin ever.
You can't really do it with a big green egg, you would need to alter the 5 minute section probably to 2-3 minutes or so instead of 5.

But pork is fine medium-well. Steak, no.
Course, my buddy likes his pork pink.
