PS4 HDMI 31HZ? to 15HZ VGA JPAC

Hi,
I'm trying to get my ps4 to work with my jpac, is this possible?
I've managed to get the display to work but its split into 2 screens, now I can't seem to even get that back, I'm using a HDMI to VGA converter but I think that's running at 31hz not the 15hz the jpac needs.

It's important to know about your hardware, and the hardware you want to use. Yes, more than likely your converter is 31khz. Your cab monitor appears 15khz. Your conversion needs to be to 15khz. Elementary.

Thanks that's what I thought, now to find a way to convert the HDMI to 15khz!
I've ordered this to try and convert to 15khz after the HDMI converter then though to a AV to VGA Convertor, not sure if this is going to work either.

A lot of conversion there. Best way would be to get a video card with VGA output, and run soft15khz or something.

So, you want him to put a video card in his PS4 and install soft15khz?

So I would need to run the PS4 to HDMI to VGA converter then into a PC with a Video card & soft15khz then through to the jpac?
