Trump says "Mr. Khan who has never met me, has no right to stand in front of millions of people and claim I have never read the Constitution". Am I the only one seeing the added irony? It's the Constitution that gives him the right to say it, so obviously he was right that little Donnie hasn't even read it. What a fucking dunce.

Out of context, he's not referring to civil rights, but social right. It's a cliche.
