Been using this the past couple of days. I've been using the rain, thunder, wind, night, and brown noise (white noise is too high pitched -imo), each at various volume levels while I sleep. And I've been dreaming like crazy... Well, I'm sure I'd probably dream just as much if I didn't use it, but I wouldn't remember, or be conscious of them while they're happening. Or maybe I just don't get into as deep of a sleep cycle.... 'Guess that's one of the pitfalls of working nights, and sleeping days.
So, Noisli. Dream recall aid.
I have yet to try combinations of SFX for the purposes of focusing (as opposed to relaxing).

I was just thinking the other day, they should have something like singing bowls to go with those other sounds.
& it wasn't for sleeping, but I have listened to a number of guided meditations before.
Since I'm thinking about it, handpan, panart, tank-drum (etc.) music is pretty relaxing too. -imo.
