Thanks to shiru8bit, IgorR76, "15kop" arcade museum
The games are:
"Gorodki" - which, uses already emulated TIA-MC1 hardware https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=suhF-DIk5eo&start=130
"Kot-Rybolov" - previously unseen PCB type, possible some other model/modification of TIA hardware

The title literally means "Cat-Fishing". I wonder whether that's the literal meaning, or a euphemism?

it's very literal.
you're a cat, the first round has you playing some Yie Ar Kung-Fu type clone, beating up another cat to get as many worms as possible. The second round has you using those worms to catch as many fish as possible.

Beating up a bird, actually Obviously, the bird wants to eat those, that's the reason to fight. You will fight another cat on the 3rd level, when you need to bring your fish home.

The Kot-Ryblov arcade game is not what I thought it was. There is a game with the same name for Soviet Union computers, and it is a Bomb-Jack clone. The only complaint I had with the game was that it used ASCII characters. I thought that this would be the same game with much enhanced graphics.

Thanks and good to see more games added/preserved.
I hope the auto racing game and the (possible bootleg of Atari Steeplechase) horse racing game (on the youtube video clips) get supported later.
