Hi
is there any plans to add support into the MESS side of MAME for these above mentions systems
side note.. .hows Tiger Game getting along?

There is no "MESS side of MAME", there is only MAME.
MTX is supported and runs, I don't know how well. Loopy I believe needs a decap or something, but I'm not sure.
Tiger game.com runs most games correctly in the latest MAME release. It was a fairly major part of the announcement, even.

MTX runs, but a lot of the images out there are in a 'trash' fake format designed exclusively for emulators that can't be parsed as a real image, the actual correct, usable, unmodified images are kinda rare (and should probably be softlisted)
Loopy needs the main CPU internal ROM extracting, it might be possible via trojan as enough is known about the hardware to get some of the games displaying things, meaning their code could potentially be modified to dump out the internal ROM.
