progetto-SNAPS 0.174 Support Files

I started to update all MAME support files on my site:


Updated 0.174:
--------------
- arcade.ini (within the package 'version')
- arcade_NOBIOS.ini (within the package 'version')
- category.ini
- catver.ini
- catlist.ini (within the package 'catver')
- gameinit.dat
- genre.ini (within the package 'catver')
- genre_OWS.ini (within the package 'catver')
- languages.ini
- mature.ini (within the package 'catver')
- mess.ini (within the package 'version')
- messinfo.dat
- renameSET.dat
- screenless.ini
- series.ini
- sysinfo.dat
- version.ini

New 0.174:
----------
- CHD-Info, package containing 3 files: CHD-Info, with information on all supported CHD. CHD_diff, dat with the differences between the last two MAME and pS_CHD, dat of all CHD.


They will not be updated:
-------------------------
- command.dat
- monochrome.ini

Screenless.ini is still at 0.173

Yes, but it is not updated for years.

This is huge for me and the community will surely appreciate it, as we all do when it comes to your releases

I added my own personal version of sysinfo.dat (then 'unofficial').
I did a little cleaning, updating the list of supported machines, removing those useless and adding those missing.

The file is still work in progress!
