Pretty interesting, though not startling. Couldn't tell what most of those games were because they by the cab.

IIRC, an article / link about this raid was posted here a few years ago .... A great story and well done saving those arcade games. That Crane would not have been cheap. Can't blame the owner for wanting to get as much money back as possible - those games would have cost a lot back in early 80's .... The 10 day deadline because a major project was getting ready to start was clearly a red herring. Hope Oliver made some money out of the deal for all the hassle and expense. Would like to see an account of how the deal worked out in the end. I suspect it probably ended up being a labour of love ....
