History (history.dat) not displaying in latest MameUI64?

Hi,
I am using v0.173 of MameUI64 and the history no longer displays under the snapshot image like it used to before. I enabled history (View-->Show Pictures-->History) and nothing shows under that tab also.
I noticed that the DAT folder was not included in the latest MameUI64. I have the 'history.dat' in the root folder of my mame executable, should it be placed somewhere else to make it work?

What was the correct answer here? Was the answer deleted??
I am running MameUI v0.178, and have tried to copy the files "history.dat" into the DAT-filder, lefte a copy in root folder, but neither seems to work...

Same here, history does not display on any other tabs but its own.
I have history.dat in the dat folder, options/directories setting for dat files is correct, I've ticked show history on all tabs, but it only shows on its own tab.
What am I missing?
EDIT ok, view -> show pictures -> history must be unchecked for history to show on other tabs. If not, it only shows on its own tab.
