I've had it happen on my Win 7 machines with other video sites. Just in the last day or so it's happening on at least two machines with youtube. Nothing in search.... I though perhaps unchecking 'resize enable automatic resizing' and 'enable alternative codecs...html 5..' might affect it. No. Uninstalled Flash. No. And vids still play. What would even cause this? Scifi frauds. I kinda assumed it was obvious I'm using IE....although I recall some people were having this issue with any browser. So, IE11, res is 1080p - but going to the native res of 1360 x 768 suffers the same result. Zoom in and out when? During video play? Before it? Those don't fix anything. Scifi frauds.
