Any info on this Super Mario World mall attraction 'game'?

I see it's from Banpresto according to the print on the front and I see a CRT. I'm assuming it would have been similar to Waku Waku Sonic Patrol car. Anyone have any additional info? I couldn't find it in MAME, so I'm assuming it's unemulated and/or not dumped.

It's a mall ride for young children with simple video game features added. Yes they exist and they work.
