There's a more obvious visual cue that Honda is backing up and it's time to punch him... and it's when Honda is backing up.
Seriously. It's kewl that he noticed an obscure audience member ducks every time Honda is backing up... but it's far easier to just watch the guy you're fighting... Honda... and not the tiny audience member in the periphery, which puts Honda in your periphery instead.
Jes sayin'.
Still, kewl new Easter egg, albeit kinda worthless.

Not really, since I could never get the timing right on the second bald bull, when he hopped all the way back. I could only hit him when he does the two small hops back.

Seen it in the trending thingy on FB.
Obviously... When your opponent falls down, he lands right in front of this guy, obscuring your view.
I makes ya wonder (or, someone like me wonder)... Do other fighters land in different positions, pointing towards other clues in the game? Even as much as the way their hands/arms are pointing.... Better not think too much about it, might drive me (even more) crazy.
