Why are my NeoGeo roms working in Mame 0.164 Command Line but not in Mame 0.171?
If they work in 0.164 then they should work in 0.171 as there was not an update between the two versions if I'm not mistaken.

That means in 0.167 neogeo.zip (or neogeo.7z) was updated with a new BIOS. You need to grab a newer one... or add the missing BIOS into the compressed file.
