fwiw it's an 'Asia V2.0B' set so unlike the one we have already it's in English
there's probably a non-extra version for Asia out there too, we missed out on an English one with regular title screen in the past.

no, if anything it seems to have less options than the Japanese one upon starting a game, but maybe in this case 'extra' means 'streamlined'

Gals Panic S Extra Edition
There's no version of the game without "Extra" on the title screen, so it's hard to say what the extra would be relative to.
