I was looking into the easiest way for me to be able to use the Stepmania program for a Pump it up Machine. I am also using a new LED TV as the monitor, and now I plan on replacing the PC that has the original game to specifically run StepMania with Pump it up theme and custom songs etc.
I want to run on windows and was wanting to see what I should buy to get my arcade pads to work with Windows and Stepmania. I just care to have the sound and video working. don't care about lights. Do I need to buy just a IPAC or JPAC and follow instructions and or download software?

Im going to be doing the same. I have 2 GX pump cabinets with no computeres inside (MK6, piuio, jamma pcb, w.e)
let me know if you had any success.
