Shoutime got Hyper Street Fighter 2 (Japan 040202). I haven't played it but being the final Japan version it will likely have the best/funnest AI. We'll see.

Sweet, even though I liked the sequel better I still think it's an underrated fighting game. It has a lot of atmosphere, and the locations really feel like a smallish Japanese city that doesn't have a lot going on.
