Arcade VGA and Mame

Hi all,

I have an arcade VGA 5000. I follow the installation tutorial and the games run with the correct resolution.
But when the game resolution is no the same the image not fit to screen and i need to reconfigure my monitor(with knob) even once.
Is it normal or i can do somethings in mame config ?
My monitor is an Hantarex MTC9110
