Many MAME drivers crash on 0.169 - just me?

Came to see if others had reported it.
Many drivers in 0.169 cause MAME to crash on loading ROMs for me.
eg. segaxbrd
On my PC and Laptop (but same config etc.).
Anyone else having this issue?

I'm not seeing any issues here.
I did some quick testing loading all 9 parent sets of the segaxbd driver and a few of the segaybd and was able to coin up and start all the games.

How about being more specific as to your computer's specs and whether or not you have the proper roms for the games in question? Have you tried running the games with mame gamenamehere -verbose and posting the output of that here?

Never mind, it's something to do with the cheat system. Fatal error parsing the cheats.xml file.

Reason why I don't use cheats. I giving false report in the past. Yep cheats happen.

Try updating the cheat collection if you are using MAME 0.169, this issue was fixed in the 0.168 cheat collection.
