Nope he is whining because Shoutime lives a very busy life. There's no secret that the ideal dumper would be rich and jobless.

Well if it were me and i was short on free time i'd pass all the boards i want dumping over to someone who fits the above criteria
All joking aside someone mentioned to me shoutime is sitting on alotta stuff maybe a lack of free time
isn't the reason they have not been dumped and handed to the MAME team and i'll leave it there i think.

If you knew the costs you wouldn't say that, or at least most people wouldn't. We're talking $2,500 per game a lot of times.

I know what the board cost if it was me that bought it i'd have sent it right away to be dumped by yourself or whoever had the time to do it as i wouldn't know how to do it personally or if i did i'd make sure to dump quickish as preservation is what it's all about isn't it.

I don't think it's all that wise to make an insulting slander type post that calls out a contributor.
What do you think such words will accomplish here anyway?

The majority of what he's sitting on are Japan region clones in a storage unit that he would have to dig out to see if they are even needed. Won't happen soon. It's too much work and too little time. Wing Force will probably be dumped quickly, I would guess.

Look, the important part is that the board is in a safe place, with a person that WILL have it dumped eventually.
You don't need to play the game right away. Nobody does. So what's the rush? It's in good hands.

Laser Ghost (Japan, 317-0164) include Sega stuff with chips that will need to get sent to Charles and back to dump.

Ok when i wrong im hold my hand up and say so and im happy to be wrong in this instance it seems Shou has dumped Wing Force and it will be part of the Blazeon Driver real soon so i apologise for suggesting otherwise!!!.
And i think it's safe to say i wont be repeating things folks say to me in chatrooms on here in future.
