Incorrect.
The original C-Chip is not dumped for that game or any version of that game. The chip itself was provided for decapsulation years ago but was damaged in the attempt and a replacement was not available for a second try.
While the chip is 'missing', the rom_load do not show this as a NO_DUMP but rather as a comment:

Uh... I always thought it was correctly decapped but something then goes wrong with the emulation part (like it happened with Heavy Unit IIRC). My bad. Sorry.

Be a very long time before someone get this dump. May not get dump ever. Look at Bubble Bobble missing dump for example.
