Update for 0.168 version, this is the web page for download: progetto-SNAPS MESSINFO.DAT.
Clean version with no additional files, can be found here: progetto-SNAPS Naked MESSINFO.DAT.
Important: From 0.166 version, the file should be placed in the "Dats" folder. This is how information is displayed with MESSUI:
Changelog:
* 10.01 29/11/2015: Aligned files to 0.168 version. Updated this files: 'sourcechanges.txt', 'changelog.txt', 'alltimesMESS.txt', 'Drivers SVN...txt', 'supportedMEDIA.txt' and 'Index of Devices'. Updated the SVN until November 25, 2015 (r41860).

AntoPISA, is there any chance in the near future, to have a category in the list, that features only monochrome/black&white games? that would be really nice to have and i think it is worth the efford .

Your not a bad idea (among others around you do not find anything like that).

ohh my god... you are so nice...
yes, i have further plans with that list... it is maybe possible to filter out some settings in HLSL with such a list. Best example would be the shadowmask, that could be turned off  . Thank you very much, Sir 
PS: the list could be even further distinguished, by seperating the black/white vector games, because they dont have neither scanlines or a shadowmask. These games are the only case, where scanlines and shadowmasks are not needed .

That's great. Where did you get this information from? Is it in the listxml.txt somewhere?
