It's real. I had a girl I work with bring it in to the local Starbucks and they said they would/could do all of that and more. Though they did not have Fruity Pebbles.

Too bad most of those chains either dont exist in Australia or where they exist, dont have the items or ingredients necessary to make the secret menu items. The only thing on the KFC list that could be done in Australia is to add bacon (but then again we get awesome things KFC in the USA doesn't get at all like Hot & Spicy Chicken 
What would be really cool is if someone could find a "secret menu" way to get KFC in Australia to sell you a Double (unlike the US where the Double Down seems to be a permanent menu item, the Double is a promotional item in Australia).
