Unfortunately my frontend still needs category.ini for MESS (category_home.ini) so non-arcade machines without software lists can be properly tagged... machines with software lists can be easily tagged as non-arcade (category_home.ini not required) I can add support for catver_full.ini and show its info if 'category_home.ini' and/or 'version.ini' for MESS are not found. ... update ... DONE! If you have catver_full.ini it will be used instead of catver.ini. File version.ini for MESS is not required then. Put the *.dat files (mameinfo, history, etc.) into the parent/main folder. Put the *.ini files into "folders" directory. With this files you will see some folders in the frontend.
