How do I use the Ultrastik on Raspberry Pi?

I can't find any good information on this. I have seen there is a ultrastikcmd for linux. I understand this is mainly for uploading maps? I dont need that. I only need one and can do that in windows. It seems like I can use ultrastik with usb in linux? Is that right and how? I guess you need a driver of some kind? I have seen some topics of this, but it's old and/or totally cryptic with lots of linux programming. I'm a linux invalid and need an easy solution. Hope there is one.

The solution was to install Retropie. The ultrastik is supported by default.

Is there a reason that the SpinTrak doesnt work by default on retropie?
