the website is hosted by aruba.it which is performing a series of updates throughout August.
it's the first downtime since years (except a weekend when the site was down because half of the web farm burned down), so I think they can be excused.

works shall be over around the end of August, and the activity shall be fully back (including catver etc) shortly after 0.165

I'm actually trying to reach Etabeta with all means (PM here, skype, facebook) to help him sort this out, but I believe he is on vacation with limited access.
