Where can I get MAME 0.145u1 ?

I'm having a problem with the game Burning Force. Here is what it's about:

Versions 0.146b and above displays a really weird graphical glitch through the stages.
Versions 0.134b - 0.145b doesn't display the glitch, but the title screen isn't emulated properly.
That means the ONLY version that can emulate the game perfectly is 0.145u1. But I can't find it anywhere. Where can I get this version?

The 0.145u1 source diff release is when the regression of the in-game display first happens. Finding and using a build based on 0.145u1 sources would be no different in output than using 0.146, 0.147 or any published binary after this at mamedev.org. There is no 'perfect' version until someone can fix the bug which isn't always as easy reverting chunks of code (as the bug seems to mention).
