I see some games have Unicode strings in there. Japanese games have Japanese names (this is the only case where you can find unicode strings in the file). I can't help you since I have no knowledge in Delphi 7. I saw that "Delphi 7 unicode support" is a popular term in the Google searchs. Maybe a solution exists ? Please let me know if you find something.
