I just noticed this... Is my avatar getting road head?

I just noticed this... Is the driver of the litter bug car, from the arcade game APB - All Points Bulletin, getting road head from the passenger. The passenger's legs are dangling outside the car and therefore the head must be on the lap of the driver.
Did anyone ever notice this before in this game?
