Great.
There are some categories to correct:

amuse = Casino / Cards
amuse1 = Casino / Cards
amuse1a = Casino / Cards

Should be:

amuse = Casino / Multiplay
amuse1 = Casino / Multiplay
amuse1a = Casino / Multiplay

You can play poker, blackjack, horse race, dice or slot machine.

And:

hotbubla = Puzzle / Toss * Mature *

Should be:

hotbubla = Puzzle / Toss

In this clone the background images are not sexy.

I noticed recently that many Capcom games (and nearly all CPS games) have Catlist's informations on clone roms and not parent ones. Is there an explanation ?

I fear you must be more specific because I cannot see what you refer for.
each ini file contains classification for e.g. sf, sf2, hsf2, ssf2 parents as well as their clones, so I cannot reproduce your problem with Capcom games
