Miday Offroad Thunder -Working?

The Miday Offroad Thunder rom I have states that emulation is not working for it...development hasn't been completed yet.
I can't tell if I have a old version rom or is this still the case that development isn't completed it?

From a quick google it looks like only one version has been dumped, which means there is no "old version ROM".

Uh, the ROM doesn't control whether or not that warning screen comes up. That warning screen comes up because of the emulator. So no, there is no magical "other ROM" that will make that screen go away. Are you serious?
