Please ask better questions. Your question only raises more questions.

What game is it? What happens when you start the emulation with the disk inserted?

Have you ever used a real Amiga? There were several different models, the most common one being the Amiga 500.

WinUAE is very flexible and can be configured to emulate mutant Amigas that never existed, but it also offers preset configurations for the most common models.

Make sure your game works on the Amiga you're trying to run it on, and that you have the appropriate kick start ROM image for that particular model.

Yes absolutely. Way more questions:

  1. What version of WinUAE are you using ?
  2. Is it the latest version ?
  3. Which Kickstart ROM have you selected ?
  4. Have you tried other Kickstart ROM version(s) ?
  5. Are you sure your Kickstart ROM is valid ?
  6. Are you sure you have set everything up correctly ?
  7. Have you read the readme file(s) that comes with WinUAE and followed any advice they contain ?
  8. Have you searched in Google to find help / guides on-line ?
  9. Have you followed their advice ?
  10. Have you got other Amiga games running OK in WinUAE ?
  11. Is this the only game you are having problems with ?
  12. Are you sure the game is supported / working under WinUAE ?
  13. What else can you tell us that will help us to help you ?

Here's a tip for you for the future: if you ask for help, make it as easy as humanly possible for people to help you. Anticipate the questions they might ask and provide as much relevant information as possible up front. Be concise and clear.
