gamerfan got us an upgrade disc that upgrades Arctic Thunder to Ultimate Arctic Thunder and is a really late upgrade (May 3, 2004). I am not sure which revision it will upgrade it to (disc says it's version 1.950 but that could be the disc version and not the game version). We'll see. I made a pdf with scans. As far as the Betson/Play Mechanix/Midway relationship or lack thereof is concerned, I currently have no idea.
Also BillD dumped Robocop 2 (USA V0.10) and PokeMAME dumped an alt set of Perfect Billiard and a rom board by GEI type UVM-8B. I am not sure which game it is.

Ooh, awesome find on that Robocop 2! I hope this has the intro that's missing from the common US v0.05 and Euro / Asia 0.10. I doubt it, but you never know until you dump these things.

Somehow, I doubt that the non-Japanese versions had the prologue stage with the recap of Robocop 1, but overall, this is some interesting news.
