Sweet so MAME now has French, German, and Spanish sets. Are there anymore versions?

I think these are the only known ones. I wouldn't mind a Russian version though lol.

The French version would be really short, since as soon as you insert coin, the screen would display a white flag with the text "Je me rends! (I surrender!)" in big, bold letters.

This is an awesome find. Major thanks to everyone who made it happen.
Out of curiosity: is it known if Stern made / licensed Berzerk for Spain, Latin America, or just did a generic Spanish-language release?
My Spanish is rusty, but I learned Castilian Spanish growing up and now live where American Spanish is predominant. One word on the bezel ('bonifcacion') stands out as being very specific to Spain, not the wider spread of the Spanish.

If it does not exist maybe someone could create one. Using the spanish phonemes it would be relatively easy to make a japanese version, dunno if Russian is phonetically similar to german :/

I doubt they made a board for South America. We prefer our games pirated.
And yes this is definitely the old, outdated, ancient form of Spanish they use over there. The one where everyone sounds like Ben Stein.

Sonic / Segasa, the licensed manufacturer are from Spain and for the spanish market. Sonic make his own adapted unique cabinets using licensed PCB's, sometimes translated, and sometimes with the original foreign version of the games, to avoid import full heavyweight cabinets.
I don't know if some machine from Sonic ended in South America. But the language used in the artworks and game text are always in spanish from Spain.
Regards.

Just tried the Spanish version. I like the German one the best besides the USA version. Would be cool if they had a Japanese or Chinese one.
