Irem M92 Hardware Info

Well, I don't know if this is the right place for this (I'm new here) but I've looked all over the internet, but I haven't found anything. What I was wondering is if there was some sort of list that had all the hardware registers (like BG scrolling perimeters) and some other information regarding the GPUs. I've found this: https://github.com/OpenEmu/UME-Core/blo ... ideo/m92.c but apparently it is written in C, and I don't know C. (I only know 65816 assembly from working on the SNES. I'm from nesdev.com)
Edit: Is there a way to fix my name to where it is capitalized? (sorry, I have OCD.)

And make the changes within the section as shown (example as shown):
