Ready the 0.159 small update of "progetto-SNAPS", Part 2 of 2 (MESS).
Unfortunately, for lack of time due to my real job, with this release the next update of resources will be alternated between MAME and MESS.
The auto generated snapshots instead will be released in line with the official releases.
