Thank you for this compile. Good to see the OpenGL render is enabled in this build, it helps me apply and test changes in my frontend. 
Where can I find the source code for MAME Plus! ?

They don't do releases these days but you can checkout SVN:
http://mameplus.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/mameplus/
This technically meets the letter of the law for MAME mandatory source release, although it's not completely clear which SVN revisions match up to which MAME Plus releases.
Also, this unofficial mirror was working up until January 11th but has since stopped working: https://github.com/svn2github/mameplus

Also, what ever happened to the [Ash-Build] Extra Games .ini file? You stopped including it with the download.
