I have made 5 arcades already and never found a solution for this:
Using an arcadevga (brand new 5000 in this case) with a crt tv, connected with scart-vga cable. How do you fix the overscan?????? apart of entering the service mode of the tv, that in this case i cant.
You dont see the upper and lower part of the games in the tv....so annoying!!!!!
PLEASE, any help would be so gratefull.
