Mouse wheel click on google images isn't working..... [solved, I guess]

A simple google of this brings nothing. But basically I frequently mouse wheel click on links and stuff. But when I, say, google someone, and there's images of them, I cannot click the wheel like links and they'll open in a new tab. This behavior started very recently on this rig, so I may've done something, but I can't imagine what, or where to look.
This is on IE11. No hardware changed or was (re-)installed.

It doesn't work in Chrome (and that is what I was using when I first replied to this topic).
Works in Firefox (and it updated to a new version just yesterday).
Any other browser?... Don't know. Don't care.

Firefox stilt works. I don't know if IE ever did that for me. Maybe there is a setting that Windows Update changed.
