What video card for this build?

Hello and Happy New Year!
I have a budget build that needs a video card.
Intel G3258 3.2 (will OC)
MSI z97 PC Mate
4gb G.Skill RipJaws
SSD OS Drive, External Mame Drive
Corsair CX430 PSU
I am looking for the best "bang for your budget buck" video card.
This will be playing all the newer 3D games, such as PS2/Wii/Gamecube etc etc. This will be strictly for the cabinet, no other use.

I'd say any half decent card will work for that. My GTX260 certainly works for all of that stuff
