XML corrupted

I have a small problem; are a couple of days I try to compile the MESS to get an xml up to date.
Unfortunately almost immediately to stop at this point: http://pastebin.com/d2yMNns9

Does anyone know why? Thank and merry Christmas!

GIT as of latest - https://github.com/mamedev/mame/commit/07af1cbbada3ebf1a286fe9718afffa75ba5801d
Compiles without issue for both MAME and MESS and -listxml output is complete without crashing. Be sure to try s clean compile (empty OBJ folder).

After clearing the contents of the folder, the compiled MESS works fine.
