Anyone see one of these in an arcade?

Anyone see one of these TourVisions in an arcade? (Arcade board based on the TG-16.) It's by a Spanish company... I'm not sure if any were around in USA arcades. I certainly don't remember this. Wonder how much one of these suckers go for. Here's some information on it.

I have seen these, but never in the US - and in Europe, only on the continent.
They were around at about the same time as the Neo-Geo, and most of the ones I saw had either Special Criminal Investigation and / or Pac-Land in them. Don't specifically recall seeing them running of the other titles mentioned.
For some reason, I'm associating them with being operated in airports. Mainly in France, but it's also possible that the bezel in French is throwing my memory off in that regard.
